From our energetic, front line representatives to those working "on the inside", we all care about the services, products, and value we provide, and how we can constantly improve.

To Christmas, Quality means excellence in both products and services. Products are chosen to meet the needs of Canadian health food retailers and their discerning consumer base. Our emphasis is on products that improve the health of individuals and our planet, and that will serve to expand the business success of our retailing customers. A full-time Quality Assurance employee oversees the integrity of all our products.

Innovation is encouraged at Christmas to ensure our continued success in the dynamic natural products industry. Outward examples of innovation include this web site to further improve our communications and service link to our customer base, and our unique, dual-warehouse organization to better serve the vast country that is Canada. Internally, the Christmas team constantly creates and implements procedures that directly improve our service levels to our customers. 

Partnership is our bridge to our customers. Christmas believes in long-term, value-added relationships as the key to our success. Our first priority is our customers, so we offer support programs and have geared our terms, policies, and practices around this group. And we have learned to listen to those we serve. At Christmas, we take an active interest in helping our customers to grow and prosper, while working with our suppliers to develop and implement their marketing initiatives.
